Privacy Policy
How Perfecta collects, uses and protects personal information on perfecta.com.
Who we are
Perfecta Federal, LLC (“Perfecta”, “we”, “us”) runs perfecta.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site, our email communications and the request forms on the Site. It does not cover the products we deliver to government customers, which are governed by their contracts.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, work email, phone, organization, organization type, country, job title and your message when you send us a contact, briefing, quote, data-sheet or subscription request. Job applications also include your résumé.
- Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the date and time of access, recorded in the Site’s server logs.
How the forms work
The forms on the Site open your own email program with your message addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you send that email.
How we use it
- To respond to you, provide what you asked for, and send the briefs, quotes and data sheets you request.
- To screen requests against U.S. restricted-party lists and to meet U.S. export control and sanctions law.
- To send the emails you subscribe to: the biweekly email and the monthly newsletter.
- To keep a record of our business relationships.
- To secure, run and improve the Site, and to meet our legal obligations.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties so they can market to you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it for us under contract (for example email delivery and hosting); with government authorities when the law requires it; and with a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Where we keep it
We process and store personal information in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.
Your choices
- Every email we send lets you unsubscribe.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing contact@perfecta.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Cookies
The Site doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers.
Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We protect personal information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
